Clouds:
8 oz. cream cheese (room temp)
1/2 c. butter (room temp)
1/4-1/2 c. splenda (I use 1/4)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Mix all together, and drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet, and freeze. Store frozen clouds in a ziploc bag.
Variations:
Chocolate clouds, add some cocoa powder (about 1- 2 TBSP).
Strawberry clouds, add some S.F. Strawberry Torani syrup (or S.F. Strawberry Jello mix, 1-2 TBSP)

I do not know how many clouds it makes, but the entire batch (unmodified, 1/4 cup Splenda) is 40 Carbs. So if you make 12, that's 3.33 carbs per cloud. :)
