Blackened Chicken Breast, baked
I salted and peppered the chicken breast,
laid them in the pan
(lined with tin foil and sprayed with Pam),
sprinkled lots of seasoning salt,
lemon pepper, and some mixed seasonings
made for gourmet hamburgers,
it's just coarsely ground herbs on top.
Baked it at 350 degrees for 1 and 1/2 hours uncovered.
then I covered it and left it
in the oven while the oven cooled about another hour.
They were very juicy. Needed some garlic tho!!!
