It's hard to get back to relearning and redoing the good habits I learned
while eating low carb.
I admit, I've been bad, very bad.
One day at a time though, right?
OK,
tonight:
a hamburger patty and
a salad.
I can do that!
I've been making pickles, canning green beans and tomatoes.
Made tons of peach pepper jelly, strawberry jam and apple butter.
My weakness is loving to cook.
I can, freeze and dry foods and really enjoy being in the kitchen
doing these old fashion chores .
