back doing low carb

Good morning all!

Yesterday I had my easy/tasty breakfast of eggs and bacon.

Lunch  I ate leftover salad and blue cheese dressing and 2 boiled eggs
I grilled pork chops, I ate 3!
Plus a bowl of steamed broccoli with butter.

Snacks last night:
pork rinds / skins
dipped in Franks Hot Sauce.
Home made dill pickles.

Hope yall are following me again, that really helps me.
Ask questions, I'll try to answer. We are all in this together.
What else do we have to do that's more important than getting healthy?
