Keep It Simple low carb is easy

You can live with any diet longer, I believe,
if you can just work it into your normal lifestyle.
So try to keep it simple!
The main thing to remember is:
no breads
no sugars
no starchy vegetables.
if it comes in a box, don't eat it
if you buy it at a drive through window, don't eat it.
