1 package shredded cabbage (or 1/2 cabbage shredded)
1 onion chopped
1/2 stick butter
12-16 oz Cajun Style Smoked sausage
( I use aidells=andouille) cut into 1/2"pieces
1/2 cup red bell pepper chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped
1 cup cheese grated (your favorite)
1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes (optional)
Saute onions, peppers and cabbage in butter 5-8 minutes.
Add sliced smoked sausage. Cover and heat on low 5 minutes.
Cover with cheese and put the lid on till cheese is melted.
