Weekends......don't blow it!!

Grill some good meat on the BBQ grill this weekend, do some extra for later. Everything is better cooked on your grill, or even smoked in a smoker!! But if you don't have time to do that, my George Foreman is always ready, great for the weekends!

Watch what you eat and drink over the weekend. It's not worth gaining 2-5... pounds over the weekend and having to lose them all over again! Meat and a salad is always a great meal!! What could be easier??


Make your own sugar free syrup. 1 cup water, sugar free sweetener to equal 2 cups, boil about 1 minute, take off heat, add 2 teaspoons Maple flavoring, stir it up..... keeps in fridge for weeks. Very easy and cheap and good!!!
Now you can have French toast or a flaxseed pancake!! so good for you too!
